Shipping Policy
We ship from Toronto in Canada.
All shipments are sent out without SIGNATURE REQUIRED and INSURANCE. If you require SIGNATURE REQUIRED and INSURANCE for your order shipment, please contact info@simulation1.ca. If you cannot be home to receive your shipments, you need to contact the carrier and request a re-delivery, or a hold for pick-up at an access point.
We are unable to guarantee any order modifications after an order is fulfilled.
Once your package is out for delivery, we are unable to process any delivery address changes.
Our typical lead time before shipping out orders is 1 to 7 business days. This varies depending on the purchased items and our shipping queue.
Once the items have shipped, transit time typically takes between 1 and 7 business days.
Please note that all large items, such as our SimRacing Chassis, Monitor Stands and Racing Seats, might not arrive on the same day as other parts of your order. Because of their weight and size, these boxes get sorted differently at our shipping partner’s logistics hub.
Simulation 1 Systems LLC DOES NOT COVER California’s Use Tax. Tax collected by retailers in California is called sales tax, and the retailer is responsible for reporting and paying the tax to the state. When an out-of-state or online retailer doesn’t collect the tax for an item delivered to California, the purchaser may owe “use tax,” which is simply a tax on the use, storage, or consumption of personal property in California.
